Once you receive your package, you have 14 days to send us a return request via contact@wecurate.fr. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We Curate will accept returns if the item received does not match the description and photos in the listing. Once we have received the item , we will check hat it is in the same condition as when it was shipped, and that the We Curate seal has been retained. Then we will process the refund. Please note that this can take between 2 and 10 business days.
